i don't know if I can help you further, but basically this is whats going on.
seomonitor doesn't use an algorithm, but google does use one and there are many many factors that go into a search result. You can use googles API to pull ranking from their datacenters, apparently he is using many datacenters and taking the average rank.
The problem is you can go on a rankchecker website and have this info pulled for you (or use this monitor) but that doesn't mean that you will get that same result using your own computer or even many others. My neighbor could use a different ISP than me and have their search run through an IP that gives them different results as me.
If you can't find the search ranking around the rank that the website does, try another rank checker website (google one there are many free ones!). That site should pull up a number within about 10 or so rank positions, if it doesn't then you can say that his system is messed up.

How is your position on Monitorseo.com? You will find your position there, however, in my case I could not find real position in google at all.

 

You must wait at least 2-3 months in order a keyword (stuck ) at google , mainly during the updates , like that is happening now penguin 2 , keyword one day could be at 6th page and in another day at 50.We have many keywords that after some days from page 40 went to 2nd even first page.

I was at the same position as you before, nothing found in search engine but their dashboard showed position like 117 then 76th ... thats after 28 days of subscription.

 

Ig8 had good results because we are working with him for more than 2 months , also you could have results if you didnt had cancelled your service in 27 days ehehhehe, anyway 92 posts dont make someone a guru ! (especially when the half posts are BS )

The N/A means that your keyword is not ranking in the first 30 pages of google freaky 316.Its too early for a keyword like that to rank that fast , you must wait at least some more weeks

Not so good news that you increased your prices ,but the truth is that my campaigns goes just amazing ,
My 5 keywords are ranking at the first page now really i am feeling superb with this person.
I have already used services with 2-3 times cost from other companies,but the results was not so impressive.
