    This is not a Google question about Google it's about your site

    Which I am assuming perhaps has a .in thing going on yes? Or is being seen as for an Indian audience from something else you have on site

    Well both above you on the Google.in search are slightly more geared towards India whereas you mention Germany so at a quick glance that is something you could look at.

    This thread is still in wrong section being in the "Google" section though :)

    Those two sites above you are more relevant to indian audience than yours, at least in Googles eyes. Do some targeted SEO.

    I thought/think so to but is 3 in Indian Google better to gain on if loss occurs elsewhere (Other Google) is a consideriation to bear in mind when looking at these concerns...

    Buying another domain is just not a good idea, instead research the keywords used by indian audiences if your target market is India.
