I would say somewhere in the range of $xxx - low $xx,xxx. I'm pretty sure there's a lot of companies or organizations that would find use in a domain such as this. However, depending on how this domain is sold, and if it goes to auction, it might only get in the lower range. I'd say to develop into a website and sell as a nice clean package.

This is a pronounceable LLL domain! It could be up to $1xx,xxx if you could find the end user, but don't expect that high! Try to post it on Dnforum, Namepros, and Sedo first to see how much people offer in general. People there are willing to pay you with a good amount of money, and I would say the end user would be a business, not just an organization or a government agency. At this point, if someone wants to start a new business with a good domain, he has to name the business after the domain because many good LLL or even LLLL dot com have already been taken. You may keep taking for the best offers for a year or so, but don't be too greedy, though. Also, you may hire a broker to help you find the end user

I absolutely agree it was too high. Puremonopoly was a bit more realistic. Although it's all guess work in the end. The company that made Age of Zombies might be worth approaching, but don't set expectations too high. I don't think what it's worth to them is anywhere near xx,xxx. A few grand might not be out of the question though.

 

Thank you for your comments, ryan_uk. Anyway, it's a pronounceable domain, so I would say that the minimum should be $25,000. I agree with you that Age of Zombie probably doesn't offer anywhere near xx,xxx. Keep negotiating, but take down the offer if it doesn't offer higher. There are plenty of fish in the sea for aoz.com!

 

How many do you think really? It comes across more as a brandable , but not much immediate commercial value (at least not in English, maybe some other languages). People say pronounceable, but how would one pronounce it? For me, it doesn't quite roll the way it should. I think the appeal here is in how it looks and could be presented visually.

As fscisum mentioned earlier - a broker. One specialising in brandables might be an easier route for finding a good end user quickly (or be willing to sit on it for years).
