    I can vouche for Paxum and Ruth, worked with Ruth for years. :) You can also try bill pay through your bank, although it can often times be a total pain to setup.

    I really recommend you to use PayPal. However, to move your money you can use Payoneer or Netspend which are great alternative to withdraw your money.
