content removal request

i don't know exactly who is doing this but some one post spam content or you can negative feedback about my company and business. I don't have any idea why that person is doing. I sent email to him and he is asking like $100 to remove the content and ask $600 to not writing again

I request google to remove the link but they did not accept my request.
that website is hosted on godaddy.com i sent notice to godaddy copyright , trademark and violence department too but they are not ready to remove as it is not legal matter

I know usually hosting company remove the content but i don't know what to do ? Any one can suggest me write way ?

Do you do PHP?

If so I will swap you some php I need for a WP plugin / widget in exchange for enough SEO content to knock them down for the search phrases neeeded if you need a hand as that's just out and out blackmail by that person wanting to charge you $600 to remove it if you did nothing wrong.

PS I might add I own many sites and could devise a strategy to defend to at least make what this blackmailer is doing a lot harder to find...

I have got success with it, when my content was posted on a blogspot blog, it took around 4 days to delete the blog.. and I got happy..
