How long does facebook take to approve an ad?

    I created an ad on saturday night and now on tuesday the ad still says pending approval. How much longer could it possibly take? I know people say with facebook ads or any ads for that matter you have to keep testing but with such a long wait I don't know how that can be done without an infinite amount of time. I mean if it doesn't get approved then I'll have to create another one and wait, so total time just to run one ad will be a week?

    Quick update. I can't believe this. Right after I started this thread I sent fb an angry email saying wtf and a few minutes later I get an email that says your ad has been approved. Squeaky wheel.

    Facebook office open from Monday to Friday Only.Therefore your ads are pending.

    If its a new account is usally takes longer.
    When i started fb advertising it would take a little over a day to approve ads. But now it gets approved much faster

    It depends, but in my experience it usually takes approximately one day.
