    Hello,

    I have blog on wordpress.com and i want to host it myself now. is there way to change it? I have hosting package and everything, but i don't want to lose information already wrote because I have much comments.

    Is there easy way to convert site?

    You would need to create a backup your blog and have the hosting provider restore it to your new account.

    Very good, thanks. will they be able to save comments on blog too? It is important for me. I am on hostgator. I need to askt hem to restore or I can do it myself in panel?

    Yes, the back up files should include everything that is on your site right now. Hostgator support should be able to assist you with the migration.

    From what I remember when I did it, just download a backup of your blog, then upload it to your new blog. It's easy and fun. Good luck! :)
