Google Webmaster indicating Server Connectivity Issue

    Google webmaster has been indicating a server connectivity issue for last three days for my site. It’s showing that this issue may caused due to Over time taken by the dynamic pages of my site to respond googlebot or it may due to down, overloaded, or misconfigured site's hosting server. Is there any serious issue behind that? How can i fix this issue? Will this issue harm my site ranking in google?

    Test it with GT metric and see what's the speed of the website. It may be a Google webmaster tools issue.
