Increase Keyword position !

I am in a way to play with Keyword positioning !

Now my keyword " Cheap SEO Service " is not in 1000 positions of google/yahoo .So can anyone help me to increase it ?

Please add the secret techniques here !

 

Get as many backlinks as you can with your targetted keywords in Anchor Texts to your sites home page or landing page.

 

You can do so by submitting to directories and submitting article with proper anchor text link.
