PayPal Negative Balance solution

    Here is the problem :
    Someone bought a software from us for 1500$ in January . Now after 5 months, another person has filed a chargeback on that , saying unauthorized transaction. That means, someone used his credit card . Now PayPal has sent back the money to her and my negative balance is -1374$ .

    How do we fix this ? It was not my problem, but some buyer's .
    How do we get the account back to normal or it has to stay negative for some period ?

    It will stay -Ve balance unless you click "Resolution center" and respond them.

    Already responded and clarified that, we dont have control on what our users use credit card or whatever.

    The sale was done and the products were delivered. So, we should not be getting the -ve balance.

    As you say its credit card chargeback there is nothing much Paypal can do. The funds are now gone and if you ask Paypal to appeal those funds again Paypal wont do anything and just take additional charge for it from you (saw lots of such stores on Paypalsucks). I would recommend you to contact the buyer and talk about the issue only this could seem to work or else Paypal will keep mailing you for adding funds and bringing your balance to at least 0.
