Payoneer India Last week Bank Transfer not Received

    I have not received Bank transfer payment made on 18 April 2013 (Last week) by payoneer to my Bank account in India till now. It normally is deposited within 1 day but now it been almost a week. Is any one else from India is also facing this problem.

    Update: Even This weeks payment which normally comes in my bank account by yesterday has not come in my Bank. Very Concerned about this Problem.

    We've received an update from the local bank in India that there is a delay in payments, and are working directly with them to make sure that it's resolved as soon as possible. I do apologize for the delay, and assure you that we're doing everything we can to have the funds available to your account.

    Update: Received the following email from Payoneer - "We are aware of an issue with our local bank in India which may have caused delays in local bank transfers to your account. We apologize for this delay and assure you that we are doing everything we can to have your funds available as soon as possible."

    Its been almost 16 days now. Hope they solve the problem soon.

    Just wanted to clear up that this issue is with a delay in the local bank in India, and not within Payoneer's system. We have been in direct contact with the bank and hope to have the issue resolved shortly.

    Can you Please Give any idea about the time in day hours? as its almost like an uncertain answer assuming its Friday today, in case shortly means today is fine else we will have to wait 2 days for no good reason..

    I'm happy to say that we received an update from the local bank in India, and the issue has been resolved. Payments should be received to your bank account in India within the next 1 business day.

    Future payments will not be delayed, and once again I sincerely apologize for this delay.

    Received Payment in Bank at last. I hope this payoneer problem was one time issue and will not become frequent matter for concern.
