    Google keyword tool is the best keyword tool there is no doubt to it, most of the other keyword tools are based on Google adwords keyword tool, I would say.

    Yes, You can search best keywords for your site with the help of Google adword keyword tool..Just make sure that you are selecting low or medium competitive keywords with high local or global searches while searching for good keywords that can be easily optimized..

    The best and also free to use is Google's Keyword Tool. It is very simple to use and here are the steps:
    1. Identify the category of the contents of your website. Let's say it is on Online Businesses. Then to make it more specific, find it's subcategory for example: Email Marketing, Traffic Generating, List Building etc.
    2. Use the subcategory as the word to type in Google's Keyword Tool. You can also use your main category to make the results more general. Or simply just type in the words that you wanted to find it's most used keywords.
    3. Before clicking search, go to advanced options and filters.
    4. Under Locations, select All Countries.
    5. On the left hand side of the screen, under Match Types, check the boxes for broad and also [Exact].
    6. Lastly, click search.
    Choosing only keywords with high count of searches is not highly recommended because of it's high competition. The chances that people will land on your website through search engines are quite small especially if you just started your website. I recommend you choose a lot from the highest searched, followed by medium and lastly with a small number of low ones. This way whatever people typed on the search engines, your website will surely to appear and eventually traffic started to come in. Good luck!
