    Reason for sale: New job, no time for blogging as I used to have. Fumbled with this project and just letting go now. Adsense was replaced by amazon last few months, not productive.

    Price I'm asking: Earned $597.24 while adsense was on site

    Is the site work? Yes.

    Any SEO work done? No. I only focus on writing content and being on-time with posts.

    Is this site going to die after this year? No, because it's totally based of dynamic content & earning from articles, not a home page though the EMD is great for brand launch.

    Cool facts?
    - A few television & internet celebrities have tweeted news links
    - I designed layout, custom programmed
    - If you sell blog posts to musicians, get an additional $XX per post from featured artists.

    entered '0' for visitors because I do not know the unique visitors count. I'm being clear & forward.

    Anyone that's a reputable member here knows I have a precise word & good projection skill. Though I do not rely on projections over real-time, I do realize there will likely be a thorough review needed by any buyer. I'm totally comfortable with it.

    I own a couple of VPS for my projects. $27 a month each. This project accoutns for $5 or less of usage per month.

    Everything organic. NO PAID TRAFFIC .

    As of today, April 15th, site has earned over $230 for month of April already .

    Never reached out to me. Never replied to me. Just wasted my time/energy with the fake bid.

    It seems they are 'trolling' D.P. If you review the account, you can see they are not very active nor does their bid here make sense ( though I could be wrong in judgement ) .

    I'm open to all offers. Reasonable ones will be considered.

    seems like after ur traffic made it to may 5th it went downhill from there?.. seems like u paid for ur traffic and somehow got alot of adsense earnings out of it.

    No. If you were an active buyer, which I presume not, you would have tried to VISIT THE WEBSITE.

    It was down. It has had a change of server. I consolidated my sites onto 1 server and experienced down time.

    Be careful of what you speak so confidently because when one assumes ignorantly, they make themselves look like the first syllable of that faulty action ( as-sume ).

    My suggestion, you spend more time working on sites than trolling DP.. you might be able to create something and stop begging for sites that are $100-$200
