    The buyer of the last auction backed out do to finance problems so I am relisting this.

    I am looking to sell off one of my sites www.hottmyspacelayouts.net (Predicted PR4) which is currently earning $150 per month. The site has been SEO'd and recieves constant solid traffic that comes from both search engines and link exchanges plus from people using its codes on their profiles (NO PPC or bulletins used). The site requires little to no maintenance as it currently has 1,200+ layouts, 3,000+ backgrounds, and over 4,000 other graphics to offer its visitors.

    The site comes with an admin cp that lets you manage your onsite PPC ads like adsense or YPN as well as adding and deleting layouts, backgrounds, and graphics.

    If you are wondering why he relisted it then its because I said I would buy it but then wasnt able to. He did transfer the site over to me and its well worth the money but I had to return it for personal reasons.

    Very nice person to work with. Help me out when didnt need to. :)

    I see it fine. As I said in my previous post the site was transfered to me and back so it probably hasnt updated nameservers yet.

    What I ask is what is showing (the two first numbers), is that viewed ads and clicks on that viewed ads ?

    Yes and Yes that is one reason for this sites potential as I know the CTR could be alot higher but because of all my other sites I dont have time to test ad setups and do all the other little things to get the CTR up higher.

    I see. Practically no one are clicking the ads and they are totally unrelated, why does YPN put totally unrelated ads there ?

    Its just the way it works, they will fine tune them self efter a while.. !

    PS: To the seller, i se that you have alot of personal Link Exchange there, will they stay on those other sites?? Efter sale?

    Yes I do have personel link exchanges with my other 4 sites and as long as the buyer wants those link exchanges they will remain. Also I have all files ready to go so the buyer will have control of the site in less than an hour after payment is recieved :)
