register popup

Someone knows how to make register image of soldier like here www.callofduty-community.com/forum/ ?

 

its really easy, you just cut your img like that exemple and save it as a png then you insert it in your page
html:
<div class="exempleclass"></div>

and css it to position:fixed at bottom like so:
.exempleclass {background: url(images/registerimg.png) no-repeat 0 0;bottom:0px;right:20px;position:fixed;width: 300px;height: 200px;z-index:999;}

now ajust the right size and right position changing the "right" value

 

am epic noob, can you tell me more description
