    It depends on many SEO factors like keyword competition, how strong is your competitor's backlink portfolio, which kind of content QUALITY they have used to create backlinks and many others..

    Hi,
    As i assume from your query that you want to move your content from page 1 to Page 4. There may be a problem if your page urls are same or similar. You need to change page 1 url and meta in page 4. If you page 1 url is already indexed then you need to redirect you page 1 to page 4. Hope the internet specialist may guide you in this regard.
