    but i'm not being able to send the money through my SBI debit card.

    Contact your bank regard this. Last 30 days, SBI blocked many merchants websites.

    Is your Card is verified by VISA or MASTER 3D Secure code. If yes then the merchant site does not follow that process, so why you are unable to create your membership in flirt.

    Indian debit card's don't work with International merchants unless they have 3D secure enabled , try uploading funds to Entropay.
