    What is your server ? Your server should support php. I use WAMP and XAMPP in win 7 as web server. I never getting trouble while installing drupal there.

    For Windows 7, the solution I use is Ampps. It's a big improvement over Xampp and makes it very easy to install (and uninstall) a lot of different scripts (due to Softaculous).
