for those who received payment by cheque, don't bother cashing it in. Their cheque bounced.

I used blacklabelads... I didn't receive any emails but suddenly i saw my dashboard became "404 - Not Found" for many days until I found out they are gone...I just lost the rest of money there but that was not much. I don't know what to use now... blacklabelads might not offer a good benefit but they really paid; even I'm not in USA but their Cheques always arrived in front of my door everytime I reached the limit.

I'm a former AdBrite employee: The company's secured lenders (similar to a bank holding a mortgage on a house) foreclosed on AdBrite's assets in late January and decided to shut down the company (including firing over 30 employees). The bank is working on selling all of AdBrite's assets (technology, servers, etc.), and there's a small chance that once the bank is paid in full, there will be money left over to pay unsecured claims, like publishers. For what it's worth, the shut down was a very sudden and, in my opinion, unnecessary outcome.

Seems the ad marketing is so diluted and here we have perhaps further evidence of that. Makes me wonder why I'm always overpaying for ads on google lol...

They paid so much more than adsense in my niche. I am disappointed they shut down, but really bummed that I won't be getting my last payment. They owe me about $800.

Well buddies i feel so sorry for you, but as their employe told somewhere above in the forum, the way they did shut it down i don't think you are ever going to get your money. But we can take legal action against them. The cheques they sent recently are bounced back anyway. Its a straight fraudulent case.

they know that most of webmasters are individuals who work in adult and will never go to court to get they money as this cost fortune to get solicitor and very small chanse to win this case. There should be class action from all of us!!!!
