Hi, We just sacked our SEO company as they haven't produced any positive result in 6 months. Can anyone give me any hint what I can do in order to improve onsite SEO. h**p://www guardianwealthmanagement com thanks
sorry to see you haven't seen any positive result in 6 months. 6 months is a good timeframe to show significant improvement. its really hard to say what you need to do as i do not have any idea as to what has been done so far, your current ranking, and whether your site is banned or not. to discuss, you can send me a PM.
Go into forums and order some package or montly basis packages for SEO In forums its different, check for services which are filled with good and possitive reviews, running for long time by reputable member. You can go wrong with that. 1 bad review and they can lose all, with companies its different, you can do much to tell others about the, and warn everyone
The only possible reason that i can judge in here is, that if they were targeting the keywords that you have in your meta tag "QROPS, SIPP, NEST Pensions, Workplace pensions, Retirement planning, Inheritance Tax Planning,"then. Its next to impossible to show you any thing in 6 months as all these are primary keywords. it also depend upon the type of activities they were involved in for improving the results, this can also be a factor for not having any results. and many more... it better to have a proper analysis for : competitors Keywords competitors keywords competitors back link strategy and many more......
Got my last client in 2(and a bit) months to nº2 for his main KW (2 word - Competition 22.000.000+). Most of the work was onpage optimization (added two press release campaigns when everything was done and a few SM profile links but no real link building campaign so far). If you wish we may talk about your site's ranking problems.
What were you expecting to achieve from your seo company? improve in ranking for specified keywords? more customers? higher page rank? SEO in essence is pretty simple - but here is the operating word - if you are targeting high competitive keywords it will cost you an arm and a leg If it's a medium competitive keywrod - it will cost you an arm If it's a non competitive keyword - it won't cost you that much
As you asked about onsite SEO. But here I want to tell you, there are not any major issues in website which needs improvement. Your site is perfect for SEO. I have checked all the factors related to onsite SEO. I want to ask , why you are not satisfied with your existing SEO firm? Fail to generate traffic or generate lead? Now your site need a zero tolerance off page SEO strategy that must be sure shot. See, All the old techniques of offpage SEO is almost dead like directory submission, link wheel , social bookmarking. Today it is time to focus on 1: content marketing 2: Local SEO campaign 3: Good quality link building. Even today If you use unique and quality content for social bookmarking or other traditional techniques, you may get better ranking on Google. I want to say many other points about your site but I don't want to make my answer to much long.
