Doing this yourself is pretty sketchy stuff. I would suggest using http://mailchimp.com/

Its feature rich, not real expensive and frankly awesome for html emails etc. Lots of really nice templates to start with etc.

    Hope that helps,
    Nigel

I have used interspire, but it need more experience.

Need to check email template for spam words, check IP, warm up IP and so on.

When your IP is on blacklist your email marketing is over. All your mails goes to spam :D
Better ask some professional to set up servers with rotating IPs and then send, it will avoid IP ban

Warm up IPs for some time and then blast and bank

I've used sendblaster pro and it's also cool with some great features and it's easy to create a professional html email using built-in top design templates.

    Another vote for Mailchimp.

I use it all the while, contains tons of features and reporting options. Easy to use and you shouldn't have a problem importing your mail list.

Wasnt mailchimp strict about sending emails with CPA offers or affiliate links ?

That could be quite big problem or im wrong in this.

By using Mailchimp ;) Aside from the metrics and being beautiful that is the point of using it. You are not sending emails, they are. You just import your list to their site.
