    Looks okay. Although, there is a massive white space below your content that you should get rid of or condense the page a bit, so that it covers that white area.

    It looks okay but you should shorten the length of the page. Also, the menu in the bottom right corner looks out of place. It's a good start. Hope this helps

    At first insert or create logo for your site.
    People must remmeber you and logo is easiest way...

    Like folks before me wrote, site is too white and sidebars are very long

    I find the red a bit harsh - maybe choose a slightly softer shade.
    It looks a bit like you've chosen not to use a designer to save money and ended up with some subtle issues which devalue your efforts.

    The horizontal nav bar has square edges but the vertical one has rounded edges
    The breadcrumbs are really close to the horizontal nav bar yet you have generous white space elsewhere
