No reply from Fiverr Customer support..what to do now?

    I am selling few Gigs on Fiverr and they all doing well . Whenever I made a complaint to Fiverr support team I got response within 2 hour from them. But there is some problem with their customer support these days. recently I have made a complaint to their support team 3 days back but I didn't receive any reply from them . I have also sent 2 reminder messages too, but no use. Anyone knows what is going on with fivferr and their support team...Help please.

    Give Customer Support some time to respond to your request. Maybe they are extremely busy. Hold tight :)

    May be Fiverr support team is busy at this time. Wait may be support team reply within a week.

    After having customer service issues myself and searching the web as a way to find help - I realized the site is known for this and has had magazine articles written up about how bad the customer help features are. Do not wait for them to get back to you, they don't seem to have made any improvements in the past 2 years in this are from what i've read, instead report their unfriendly policies to the Better Business Bureau to try to force their attention to the issue. If enough of us complain to the BBB the company will have to take some sort of action.
