    Hello,
    I have used for a long time many ads networks together with adsense and want to post the results:

    epicgameads.com
    - good results for popunder
    - medium results for banners
    - payment 2 times / month

    copacet.com
    - good results for popunder until 3 days ago, last days they cut at 50% the income for popunders
    - medium results for banners
    - payments monthly

    gameadvert.com
    - very good results for banners
    - payments in 24 hours (on request), I have got in 10 mins for my payment

    surgedirect.com
    - medium results for banners
    - wait too long for payments


    So my final suggestions:
    gameadvert.com for banners + epicgameads.com for popunders

    Of course all these together adsense.

    yes, you are right. I have tried also cpmstar and ad4games. Cpmstar is good only if you have conversions. For me was a low cpm.

    cpmstar and epi are really terrible. Even from point of CPM ads. I would rather go with CPC ad companies.

    this I like at gameadvert.com because they pay CPC and I don't wait for money, I can request them anytime.

    One important point is that when they start something they should also keep words for a certain while and continue with their announces. Recently i had a chance ( even gave this chance ) to "games cpc" at startup. At first it was good but and system was based on CPC. Later on they switched to CPC+CPM combined. You can never control what is happening - only you can check the result. Result ? Well the beginning of ECPM was around $0,3-0,4, on the last stage it dropped to $0,05-0,1 even.Yeah i am using gameadvert as well. But beside that i am using also another one which have quite COOL CPC rates i must say :)
