    Well, the logo has the emblem incorporated.

    This is the emblem. Just like Maybach Music Group (Rick Ross FTW) with the initials.

    I think this is the most representative thing you can get because has the initials "FT" from "FLIGHT TEAM". In my opinion, if you want a more suitable emblem than this you should think about the style you want to approach because the emblem should represent the style (ex.: for an aggressive style you would need an aggressive emblem, for an oldschool style you would need an oldschool emblem). That is why I think this emblem is the most representative.

    EDIT: Also I find this more attractive because the compressed "T" makes it more subtle and again, has something representative.
