Hi, I am doing SEO work for an eCommerce Site which sells perfume online in USA. For Improving keywords ranking in Google, I am running a link building campaign in Quality Sites. Problem: While doing social bookmarking, the home page url can not be submitted. In social bookmarking sites, when I try to submit the home page url an error message displayed as " URL is invalid or blocked: url name" I have tried to find the solution by reading previous post in Forum Sites but I am failed. Please take it seariously and don't write " I have no idea' to put your signature links because now Google is smarter and you can't get any benefits.
Their are many types of issues with that kind of websites, you can try these: write url : "http://example.com" instead of "http://www.example.com/" or check that if the site is not being directed to any other like 303 or redirect i hope that will solve your problems.
Dear Vishal, I have tried all these posibilities but none of these are possible. In my website three possibilities 1: url 2: url/ 3:url/home.aspx but unfortunately it's not a problem which you described.
sometimes asp website occur that kind of home page problems because when whenever we write home url to browsers so it shows like "www.example.com/?xVdwe=2343" some thing like that when we try to go to homepage but in your case i don't figuring it out that's what the problem because i haven't seen your website. May be some coding problem in asp webpage or some scripting side problem or may be in web config file of website.
Vishal, I would like to say that another pages of the same website are successfully submitted it all social bookmarking sites, and I can't understand what is the relation between web config, scripting code and coding problem with social bookmarking sites. Because I have submitted Home page url in number of web directory sites. and It is approved too.
