How do I become a Digital Point publisher?

    I'm trying to sign up as a DP publisher. I can't find a sign-up link anywhere! There's a lot of info on how it works and so on but I can't, for the life of me, find any kind of link to register and get started. Do I have to be a Premium Member first? It doesn't say anywhere. Please, WHERE IS THE "SIGN UP" BUTTON?

    By the way, I have been using the ranking tracker for years. Lately (since Nov. 2012) I can't get Google results. Has something changed with that? Do I have to renew the API or something? I don't remember how to do that.

    I did what I should have done in the first place: I looked it up. I had to upgrade the API key - it works fine now.
