    Can I use Website Meta Description for off page Activities like Directory submission, social bookmarking or any other seo off page submission activities. My que. is can i use Meta Description for Off Page SEO Submission?

    You can use it but these days it will not going to help you much... If you want your backlinks to look really natural... Use a new description every time... Must be above 160 Characters...

    The unique content helps you get indexed faster and search engine will value your links...

    For better search result and indexing the search engine crawler crawls unique description at every time. So it should be changed the meta description and like natural.

    According to my opinion, never use meta description of your site for any kind of off page activities...it will become a copyscape

    Always use fresh and unique description for any kind of off page activities.

    When I do directory submission, some directories ask for meta description and keywords, I put only fresh descriptions there so that it would be unique to search engine and would easily be indexed.
