Best to wait for 24 hours to see if when your isp updating thier cache tonight fixes the problem, don't panic though, ( nearly ) everyone else in the world can view your site so no loss

Use nslookup from CMD to ensure you can resolve the address. If you can't it is a DNS server problem. Get the IP address and check to see if using the ip for the http address shows a web page. If it does then it is for sure a DNS problem.

If not then you might want to test your port 80. Just do a search to find a tool to test outgoing and incoming ports for your comp. Make sure port 80 is open. Also try using different web browsers and read/post the error message. Is it 404 or something else?

If all fails post back here with what you found.

Oops, I just read that only your index page doesn't load? That is messed up, my first guess would be the web server configuration is not setup properly, make sure it knows to use that type of index file (i.e. configure it to load index.html on HTTP request). It totally depends on the web server about how to do it.

If you need help with either IIS or Apache post back. Where is your site hosted?
