My answer: DON'T. Hang on... lemme find the broken record:

Sitting around spanking it on the screen in Photoshop has NOTHING to do with practical accessible web design, with 99% of the re-re's out there pissing out PSD's and having the cojones to call themselves designers lacking enough knowledge about HTML, CSS, responsive design, fluid/semi-fluid design, color space or just plain accessibility to be designing a blasted thing! The entire approach of starting from a PSD is so completely back-assward the people advocating that approach to web development need to be taken round back o' the woodshed with a 12 gauge and put down like old yeller!

Start with semantic markup of your content (or a reasonable facsimile), bend it to your will creating your layoutS (yes, PLURAL) with media targets and media queries in the CSS, THEN you can bring in the 'artists' add to it if need be, and increasingly with CSS3 on the table their relevance in web design should be coming to an end. NOT that most of them served a legitimate purpose apart from ripping off people who didn't know any better. This is called progressive enhancement -- slowly adding functionality with fancy tech like CSS and Scripting, so that when/if that fancy tech is unavailable, unwanted or unwarranted, the page still 'gracefully degrades' into something still usable/functional -- meaning it doesn't matter if it's a screen reader, braille reader, handheld, tablet, netbook or massive IPS display, or even a search engine, it has something for EVERYONE. This is the Internet, the only thing we know for sure about who will visit a website is that we have no clue who will visit a website!

No matter how pretty and flashy they make it, if it's useless to users what the hell good is it? ... and to be frank, I've NEVER seen a PSD jockey make a design that was worth a flying purple fish when it came to actually being useful to the end user. The same goes for your scripttards throwing garbage like jquery at pages the same way flashtards were throwing flash at everything a decade ago.

Simple fact is people do not visit websites for to stroke the designers ego or the goofy graphics you hang around the content, THEY VISIT FOR THE CONTENT!. Unique content of value presented in as accessible a manner as possible. That means graceful degradation provided by progressive enhancement of a base semantic markup, keeping within accessibility norms as presented by things like the WCAG.

Proof is in the pudding - look at the major success stories of the Internet: FaceBook, eBay, Amazon, Google, Slashdot, Craigslist -- not exactly a visual tour de force! None of those are going to win any 'design' competition. They have content of value people want -- and some of them like Amazon, Google and facebook are so established they can even ignore making it accessible anymore because people want the content so bad, they'll put up with any goofy BS added to it. Some new site just starting out? Not so much.

Of course the ONLY reason such idiotic practices continue is the suits who will write checks for vague promises, and are much more impressed by a flashy graphic than anything that's actually useful/functional. Naturally these are the same types of morons who until we finally stamped out the stupidity were throwing around the phrase "web 2.0" as if it had anything to do with design, and think they can get sound technical advice from the pages of Forbes... which again, is akin to taking financial advice from Popular Electronics.

There are many services online that can do this all of which are expensive and in my opinion, useless.
    You should do it manually:
    • You can code the website design yourself and slice the PSD - tutorial
    • You can buy a photoshop plugin like SiteGrinder which would allow simply choose layers, buttons, etc. to be linked, display another layer on hover, etc.

Your best bet would be to pay someone to do it. There's no "good" converter out there for this. in Photoshop, you can convert PSD layouts to HTML but it's table-html. But you can convert that to DIV layers. Still, it's not HTML5 and it's not ideal output.

Instead of using any software its better to make it off manually, for that first we want to know about what is HTML 5 and Drupal.

Yeah for sure. If possible, keep it HTML5. Make it responsive, and you'll have no worries ;)

NOT that the steaming pile of manure known as HTML 5 -- at least so far as building markup -- is ideal either with it's redundancies, loosening of rules making code harder to maintain, pointless bloat justifying fifteen year old coding practices, and seeming carefully crafted to undo the past 15 years progress.

Unless of course one has spent the past 15 years sleazing out HTML 3.2 with 4 tranny on it, as that seems to be the target audience for HTML 5.

Yes the best option is to do it manually by own if you'r proficient in writing code's or else take help from such service provider's who can convert your PSD into HTML5, there's dozen's of companies who provide such conversion service, but I'll recommend CrazyXhtml.com - they are simply awesome and offer manual code conversion service at most competitive rates. Check them out by visiting http://www.crazyxhtml.com/

    Good Luck!
