I want to know about Cookie Policy. Is it good for SEO purpose or not. Please explain me.

Buddy, In some websites we have an option of cookies like when we open any website first time in our browser then a pop-up will open and there will be an option of yes or no. If we select the yes option then this website will be save in cookies of our browser and the url will open and if we will choose the no option then we redirect on any other website like google.

Is it good for our website or not.
