Contest Easiest contest ever. "Design" one letter and win $15 via paypal

so far ovidiu and crowquill got the right idea of what I'm after. I'll come back later with more feedback but please do not just post an X where you simply changed the colours of it. I need something more, I need an X that you actually modified something to it (other than colours) to make it look more unique and brandable. For example Animann's logo looks good BUT, all edges are straight so if I have it printed black and white the "brandability" disappears. That is why I need something modified to the X so that even if it's black and white it will still be recognizable. So if the X is not recognizable when it's black and white, then most likely it's not going to work.

ok, let me give you talented people some feedback so you can understand what I want. First of all, what will win this is the "shape" of the X rather than the effects you use inside of it. I want a unique looking X that can be differentiated from other X even if the image is black and white. For this reason I am saying I do not want an X with straight edges. So you have to do something to the X itself to make it look different. Please do not use straight edges or geographical shapes readily available.

marincean: thanks for the entry but the edges are all straight. You need to do something to the X, distort it somehow, somewhere to make it unique/different as something with straight edges won't work for me. For the second entry although some of the edges are not fully straight, it's still made using some geographical shapes and I need something unique that cannot be done with typical geometrical shapes.

crowquill: thank you for the entries. First one: looks good but I would still try and think of something to do to the X to distort it more somehow to make it look more unique. Second entries look good but pretty much what I said to the first one. But the third entries are not good. While they are certainly brandable because of the effect you used inside of them, the edges are too straight and I need something that somewhere is not geometrically correct.

akashram: thanks for the entry. The red X is ok because it's geometrically incorrect (which is what I want) but I can't help feeling that I have seen that X (or a similar one) somewhere else.

PetruDesigns: thank you. Although it is a unique X, unfortunately I do not like it. The yellow curvy arm seems to be too much out of sync with the rest of the logo. The second one, the X looks a little confusing and it could be mistaken for an 8 or something else.

Bluenix: thank you for entering this. The X-s are a bit too crazy for me and there seems to be too many straight edges (I need something where the edges are not so straight).

gregMaster: thank you for this but apart from the effect inside the X, they are a bit too geometrically correct and I need something that is not geometrically correct. The second ones look a little better and are closer to what I am after.

Animman: thank you but both are wrong. I need something that doesn't have straight edges and it's in a sense geometrically incorrect.

spikesolo: like I said I like the first one better. I think it can be "distorted" a little more but even as it is right now it looks good.

I'm going to get some rest now but I will be back later with some more feedback if I hopefully get more entries. But if you do come up with more entries please try to do something to the X (or parts of it) to make it look geometrically incorrect.
