Title tags are important in organic ranking in the search engines and are an easy but frequently overlooked on-page SEO. Tips:
    • Each page on your site should have a unique title tag that is relevant to the content on that specific page.
    • Use the most important keywords for that page towards the beginning of the title tag.
    • The title tag should be no more than 70 characters.
    • Consider click through rate when writing the title tag. What will make someone want to click on that title?
    • Include the brand name or company name.
    • Don't cram words together, use separators | -

Jen is right.Absolutely right about title guideline. All you need to do now is to go to your webmaster and open the similar URL's added there.Edit the title of each page or add content to one page adding 301 redirect to new page with all content.

Sometimes, when you try to rank for a keyword, and another alternate page ends up ranking instead. This could be that the alternate page is better optimized for targeted keyword. You need to make sure you don't have duplicate title tags, and if really do need to have several pages of the same url use canonical if possible. Otherwise duplicate titles will dilute your ranking value.

Yes, it is called duplicate title tag. Use different title for each page, if you want to add your company name on each page then add other words and make it phrase.

Your title must be unique for each page. You can't use same title on each page.If you use same title on each page it causes duplicate title tag.

Of course, every page should have different title, it is useless or meaningless if you are using same title for all pages, this is basic thing in SEO and you should know it clearly..
