site not getting top position after 8-10 months

but after 8-10 months it is not growing up......

1: Google ranks pages, not entire websites. So focus each page on your site towards just 2-3 keywords, and that's it. Looks like you were attempting to rank your homepage will all sorts of keywords by bolding all of them. Don't do that, because you'll be spreading yourself way too thin.

2: Your backlink are crap. Majestic SEO detects 0 backlinks in your homepage, which means that the backlinks you've been trying to build are the lowest of quality. Are you doing same things again and again?

SEO is all about uniqueness so try to create something unique for promoting your site, and you must see the progress, if you are not seeing progress at weekly basis then there is something wrong, or your site may have penalized, referring to Webmaster tool would be helpful in this case.

 

Your Homepage Title looks like you have just stuffed keywords. Try to make it more natural and try to target 2 keywords for a page. It will be easy for you to rank these keywords. Try to add your keyword in a sentence so that it looks natural.

Can you please tell more about your keywords, what keyword are you targeting, number of searches of your keywords and competing pages?

I checked your site, it is loading slow, so you should improve it, I think it is due to images of flashy stuffs.

There is a little text content and half of the text is in bold, try to make it natural, just highlight those things which are important points..

 

You also check your keyword density for home page. It seems like you have stuffed too much of keywords in it. " Keyword stuffing" is something not acceptable by Google.
