Reverse for xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx points to an unknown host name

Hi.
I have done a dns check on my server and the result came back with the following warning: "Reverse for xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx points to an unknown host name" .
Can anybody tell me where i can configure this a how?
Its a dedicated server with centos 5 32bit and kloxo cpanel.

You will have to ask your web host OR the DC team to set the rDNS OR PTR record on server IP & point it to server hostname.

No, as per the message it is the reverse DNS that has to be set. It can be set by web host OR DC team as IP's will be in their ownership.
