Think I could Get $500 for This?

I have a site with average monthly earnings of $63 since August (when I started it). The catch is that the last two months only saw $10 in sales. I stopped working on it cause I was busy so the traffic fell Think I could still get $500 since the average earnings is over $60 if I sold the website as a whole?

Websites can usually sell for 10 times the average NET monthly revenue so yes, you could possibly sell it for $500. However, you need to show potential buyers proof of revenue from August onwards and let them know what you did to get traffic to earn revenue for the site. Just show them that your website is worth $500 and generate income for those willing to drive traffic to it.

 

Why bother? why not work on the site full time and work your income up to $1,000+/month and sell it for $10,000-$15,000? Don't treat it as a "side job" just to make a few bucks. Turn this into a business reap the rewards, then rinse and repeat.

 

Brain Copy's right, consider making the serious income and maybe you won't even sell it.. everyone likes additional 1000 bucks/month

 

I agree with Brain. Put in some sweat and make way more than $500. Look at the bigger picture.

 

I need the cash for a new computer and I don't physically have the time right now to breed the site, I just need the cash...sell assets when in doubt...

 

I wouldn't buy your domain dude, it has only 108 pages indexed, this is very poor for getting right traffic, try to add more pages and advertise more on the net, put a Youtube channel, Twitter account...
And your domain is very new: July 19, 2012

 

The other perk is that it does come with thesis....IDK if that adds any value
