    The days of getting a certain ratio of keywords in an article or web page are over.

    Your targeted keyword phrase should be in your title tag, a variation of it in the H1 tag (if possible) and a couple of times on the text of the page. Related keyword phrases (LSI terms) should also be included in the text. With Yahoo and Bing, including the keywords in the meta description tag also seems to still be beneficial.
