Seeking for a great Shopping Cart script

Hi.

I'm looking for a Shopping Cart script. I know there is a lot of that. I have tested someones... the problem is I need specific features:
- I need the clients can have credit in their accounts to pay items from the shop. As admin, I want to assign this credit (money) to the client's accounts. When the client click on "pay now", the script must substract the money from the client account or say "not enough money".
- The cart must see on every page of the shop (when the client is logged in), as a widget or something else on the side of every page, not just the "cart button", I want the list of items and price total.

Why I think I need a shopping cart script?
Really my project is hard to explain.
My website won't be really a store, but I want to modify a store script to get what I want to do.

I want to create a custom sportsbook site modifying another script (sportsbooks scripts are too expensive and hard to find)

If anybody have another ideas... it will be great

I don't care if the script is paid or open source, I just want this features. If you know something like that, please reply this post. I accept referral links too.

I would suggest you to go for Magento E-commerce as that's not only fulfills your current requirement but also future ones.

- First Feature Request: This is called store credit where admin can apply any store credit to customer.
- Enhance shopping cart: You are looking for something like magento ajax cart (watch the video there to understand feature)

- Vbulletin + Vbcredits hack + Sportsbook hack (so simple, but it can work)
and now:
- Magento + Store credit plugin + ajax supercart from you (so close)

Why do I need this features?
I plan to transform products on events with the odds to pick
The cart on every page may be the "Bet Slip"
The store credit can be the "user money"

If anybody have another ideas... it will be great
