    Google loves those directories which maintain editorial standard and quality content, there are many directories which rank high in Google, these are the directories where it is not easy to get even a paid listing unless your website is worth for the visitors

    Anybody who makes and operates a directory and learns how to be a proficient editor will not have any problems with Google. Not long ago good editors were told we were old fashioned, out of date, ignorant and basically chased off the forums. Nice to get the last laugh.

    I second stoners comment. Proficient editing is perhaps the only difference that really counts between a real directory and a pretend directory.
