I would like to embed a simple HTML editor, just like this one, in a web page.

Can anyone suggest one which is easy to install.

    Thanks

you can use TinyMCE : TinyMCE is a platform independent web based Javascript HTML WYSIWYG editor control released as Open Source under LGPL by Moxiecode Systems AB.
TinyMCE has the ability to convert HTML TEXTAREA fields or other HTML elements to editor instances. TinyMCE is very easy to integrate into other Content Management Systems.

I suggest you use NicEdit. Simple, easy to implement and lightweight.

The CoffeeCup would be better to use.

I would use Easy WebContent's HTML Editor; very easy to use; works with any HTML site on any host right in your browser.
