Fake PR. Has ZERO natural-high quality-high PR backlinks.
    Not worth even reg-fee.

The fact that you paid 120$ for premium membership doesn't give you the premission to scam people here and sell them fake PR domains !!

    Why is it matters ?!
Those "fake PR tools" doesn't really check if the domain has fake PR they only check for active redirections in Google and therefore they are not accurate on 95% cases of fake PR domains.

    ''Why is it matters?!''
Ignoring your grammar for a moment... 'Yelling' that it doesn't matter if someone is confused isn't helpful.

I'm sure you are very passionate about this subject - but I was replying to reyhanbinbazon about the differing results using the same site in relation to this listing.

Giving insight into how the fake PR is achieved would be more helpful for others stumbling across this listing than (for all intents and purposes) saying because I said so. Especially from someone with your obvious history and reputation on DP

I will look into details about fake PR and I'll post if it applies to this domain - this no t only educates myself on the subject but also others in the future :)
Far more helpful than questioning someone's 'right' to be confused about a post ;)

Thought I'd post due diligence in case anyone happens by this thread, especally should this domain be sold again (if it was sold at all)

Fake PR can be checked (although there are other ways) by typing in:
info:domainname.com into Google - if the description doesn't match the site, then it's very likely using cloaking for their fake PR.
    i.e.
    info:theche.info
returns what looks like a Godaddy reference about domain names (which is not present on the webssite theche.info )

    reported content is:
    --
+ New .COMs $7.99/yr plus 18 cents/yr ICANN fee. Discount based on new one-year registration prices as of 1/27/2012 with sale price reflected in your

Well, Criminals today have learned how to pass those stupid "Fake PR tools" which basically check if there is an active redirection on the domain by running the Google search query "info:domain.com" and checking if the result is equal to "domain.com" or "www.domain.com".
So we need to use other methods to figure our whether the domain is fake or not.

The easiest way is to check the backlinks ! when coming across a PR(X) domain you should expect it to have at least PR(X) backlinks, and PR(X+) backlinks if you really want to be sure.
The backlinks has to be natural-authentic, and not artificial-spammy ones that their only purpose is to 'squeeze' PR.

Other methods are checking the domain at Archive.org wayback machine OR screenshots.com, but thes is a very low chance to figure that the PR is fake by using these methods.

Hmmm but you haven't denied you used cloaking and as that is misrepresentation of facts and misrepresentation in a business transaction is classed as fraud - how is it not criminal?

As always, I'm open to the other side of the story - but you don't seem to be denying it?

Because the domain has been sold, for what I deny it. not important.
I sell domain only to people who are interested only
if you check info:domain.com is VALID
    if Check info:Domain.com is VALID
    Check in cekpr.com is VALID
Check in everything tools is VALID

I was actually interested - I wouldn't have checked into the details much if I wasn't interested.
And yes, it is important in respect to your reputation here - tbtb called you out (admittedly with little info to begin with) but following up on his claims showed that it is not not valid if info:theche.info shows completely different information to the content of the site.... i.e. it's using cloaking techniques and therefore fraudulent listing on DP

    Answering with
isn't a great way to display integrity when a fair request for information to back up the legitimacy of the sale on DP is requested.
