Adwords Charging For Clicks But No Traffic

    has anyone else experienced this?

I recently had a day where Adwords charged me for 20 clicks to my site, a few days later I checked my Google Analytics account and for the day that I had received 20 clicks (paid for) my traffic was only showing 1 visit!

    How does that make sense?

A client of ours had this same problem but they didn't have the Analytics code set up on each page of their site (only on the homepage). Do you think this might be the problem?

You would think that Adwords would have something in place to account for this.

They do give refunds for spam clicks, it just takes a few days to see it in your account. Do you use any tracking URLs? Sometimes those don't show up in Analytics correctly.
