Yes you can get re-registered but like they said it is difficult. Best way is to register with another website and then just put the ads on the one you intended to use.

Its in a way difficult because because google would have already flagged the website and it could be difficult to gain the confidence of google again!

Yes. AdSense can approve your banned site. But, Before apply. You need to work hard with your site.

for getting visitors, popularity. and also publish more and more content.

    NO!!!!

You can NOT re-apply with the same website that was flagged and banned for any reason...

You CANNOT re-apply for another adsense account using same address, same email, same name and so-on..

    Move on!.. Find another program!

    BOOOM!

Which will get your new account banned faster than you can blink - They ban the site NOT just the account. Any new code placed on it either won't show up, or will result in the new code getting banned as well. Do you really think Google haven't thought of that one?????

Exactly, just means you can no longer use your past name to sign up for an Adsense account you will either have to file it under a business or under another person's name.

They do ban the site as well, do you really think they are stupid? Sure you can put new code on a site indeed I've had one client who came to me for help as after buying six new accounts, guess what everytime she put the new code on the site they banned the new account within 24-48 hours. So how are they doing that? Guesswork? More like the adbot realising it's crawled a site associated with a banned account. This is why people are always coming on DP complaining they keep getting banned despite having got a new account. Someone virtually posts daily saying this.
Don't believe me about the site being banned? Then go ahead try getting a friend (Not that they will be for very long) to put their code on a banned site, then let them sit back and wait for the email "we are sorry but..."

Did you not read my post above?

You say websites get banned? Then why am I using the exact same site that I was using before, in March of last year when my adsense account (website...lol) was banned, once again?

    Coincidence? NOPE!

    Holla!~

Yes, it can accept but you have to improve your site, and you don't have to make the same mistake.

Of course It's very hard to unbanned a website from Adsense. The idea is you sell this website for your friend and he build a completly new blog. Then he contact Google Adsense and tell them that they buy a domain, build a blog then found out it got banned from Adsense and beg them remove this from ban list. Anyone done that?
