From my experience there is no problem until now. But, better if you ask infolinks contact support.

Hi there, this is Pamela from Infolinks. Great question! The answer is yes, the name on the PayPal account must match the name on the Infolinks account. For further information feel free to write our Support team as was suggested above. Happy blogging everyone :)

Has been with Infolinks for years and I used to use my employee account for infolinks payment (for better accounting purposes - I never set up a Paypal account as it is better to use my employee account for advertising).
Had no problem with previous payment and if Infolinks wish all publisher to have the same name for their publisher and Paypal account, it would be a pain for some publisher just like me.

You should ask the Paypal why it reject the payment.
However, if it was infolinks which reject the payment (due to different name), you may contact their support first. Don't panic. It will made everything goes bad. Just do the right things and hope it will b e fine. :)
