My Payoneer card is Blocked for no reason, strange...

    I just log on my account and found my card blocked , without any detail info, nor any email notification, nothing! I guess not my problem because I use the card in ATM only, all money come from affiliate program.

    After check with my affiliate program, I found the money sent to my account last time did not come in(maybe they blocked the card before that), and nor come back to my affiliate, where is it then?

    anyone encounter this problem before?
