    Hi All

    Looking to add IP based country selection on website for first time visitor, then he can change the country from a dropdown. Would like to know

    1. What are the free (or under $50) IP databases available for websites and how RELIABLE are they. I only need to identify country (city or zip level data is not required)

    2. How difficult it is to implement on the website

    You need to perform some geolocate actions. ARIN might provide the info for you. You'll need access to one of these databases though, and perhaps their API to program into your code.
