Review My Website!

Few days back i posted this website for review in DP, but no luck yet. Hoping to to get some reviews this time. The concept of this website is to provide a free visitor traffic tracking and monitoring service. Currently provides live traffic details, the offline details will follow soon.

http://www.freewebsitereport.org/ Simple design.. However i feel your home page has excess information on it. Also a little bit more of white space between your logo and 1st division would give a better feel. I liked the idea of advertisement at the bottom of the page. Thats an additional way of making use of your site. Font is too small. A bit bigger font would be greater. Try reducing info from home page.

I was hoping to get reviews for http://www.realtimewebsite.com but you have given yours for my other site http://www.freewebsitereport.org which is perfectly fine and i agree with you on most of the points, I will work on it!. Would you take a look at the new site http://www.realtimewebsite.com and let me know what you think about the site design and the concept.

Am really sorry about the mix up. Realtimewebsite, the font is too small. Design is plain and simple. Your active user seem to show a constant figure of 30 active user's. I tested it by logging on to the site from 4 seperate machine. The number was the same. Also your page is too plain without much information.

Just a few suggestions. You can use your page as advertising means. Thois should help you bring in more revenue. Also making the page a bit intresting would help by means of polls or other statistic information.

 

Thanks for your comments! The current font size 14px and I'm thinking of using 15px and see how it looks. Active users are the current unique users on the site, as long as the WAN IP that comes in are new, it will be counted as a new user else it will not count, not sure if you were on the unique WAN IP for all 4 of your machines. I'm hopping to get more users before putting ads, but ads are our primary source of revenue. As you have mentions we need to add more statistic information, as of now we are only providing the online data, offline traffic data will come in few weeks.
