    If you view the proof/testimonials etc, it can actually be both, but I don't even view it as a scheme. Its simply setting up online outsourced businesses. Depending on how seriously you take it you can make a lot fast, or grow steadily.

    Follow these methods and you will get the following.....

    You will start closing at least 1 client every 1-2 weeks (if you follow the advertising instructions as directed)
    Scale it up and you will be closing way more than that.

    You will start building a network of repeat buyers/clients that come back year after year and refer you to other business partners.

    You will be earning on the front and back end by closing sales and selling off the sites as they start to earn.

    You will be able to make steady and stable income for years to come.

    You will learn more about business and niches that you never even thought of trying. (I'm an artist, but through using these methods I've earned with businesses ranging from PC repair, and landscaping to catering.
