1] Identity your bad baclinks.
2] Use disavow tool from Google Webmasters tools, to omit your backlinks.
3] Build some quality backlinks.
4] Don't go mad for do-follow links. Now a days do-follow links are questionable.

Google recognizes anchor text over-optimization the same way as it did content stuffing in the past.

I am not advertising. If I have to, I would open a thread and do that in first place. I can help him, only if he is interested. If not, I have nothing to lose because I am already benefited using that service.

 

Well, no one know about it, when is the next update, but what we can do is we can follow what Google says for better ranking, I would say.

 

The thing is if your site has duplicate content then act first, remove them, then you have to check your backlinks, if they are from low quality sites, they have same anchor texts then you have to remove them for better ranking.

 

I have gone through your website and subscriptions it really help me lots. All are nice stuff which you have update in your blog.

 

Penguin and Panda have basically made it so that if you back link in a manner that either creates an easy to recognize linking profile, blatantly uses frowned upon methods(link networks/paid links), has an over optimized anchor text profile or has low quality content on page or where your back links reside....then you are penalized.

So if you have ANY of these things in relation to your site, you will most likely be losing rankings.

The two most common reasons that you might have some of these bad elements is either due to using software to create content/backlinks or that you use paid for services for content/backlinks.

If you use BMR or anything like that....you might be out of luck.

You will have to get rid of all the bad content, low quality/bad back links and change up your anchor text to have a more diverse profile.

Then after that, you will have to start getting much higher quality back links with unique, high quality content. Plus, unlearn all the bad habits you may have picked up along the way.

There are no shortcuts in Internet Marketing....only pitfalls...

 

And of course, fresh content would help a lot, if your site was caught in penguin updates, content is very important these days, so you should develop content to your website regularly, I would say.

 

First there is no any sign of recovery from Penguin Update from any webmaster, but may be later this will happened for this u need 1) remove low quality content 2) remove unnatural link (like paid link, article directory link, too many widget link) 3) if u have paid listing remove them 4) no cloaking, hidden text, keyword stuffing 5) anchor text variation(don't use same anchor text many times )
