    Use legit cards, make sure billing info matches up. Also be sure there are no links between new/past accounts.

    You know Bing has been getting a bad name ! I myself never had a problem with them ,unlike with Google I had 2 adwords accounts band na deven if I open another one the price per click is so stupid high that it makes me love Bing even more!

    i gave up trying to make accounts , it never works , although some sellers can make any accounts for ya using a vcc :confused: so i am just buying from them at $35 each , that suck man ! you should better try 7search or POF just leave bing if you don't have a profitable campaign !
